Absolutely no refunds. No returns but we do allow Rescheduling services (free before 24 hours from your initial appointment and $20 fee for same day rescheduling and $25 for no call no show appointments); Rescheduling of a Training is possible only under prior arrangement within 1 day before scheduled time.
