Do half-hour of light exercise, such as walking, within 6 hours post-treatment to stimulate lymphatic drainage. Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water Avoid alcohol for 72 hours post-treatment. Do not use a sauna or spa. Do not engage in strenuous exercise or sexual activity for 24 hours post-treatment. Your body needs to recover so that your liver can remove extruded fatty acids and toxins from your system.

No returns but we do allow Rescheduling services (free before 24 hours from your initial appointment and $20 fee for same day rescheduling and $25 for no call no show appointments); Rescheduling of a Training is possible only under prior arrangement within 1 day before scheduled time.
